why i built it
Most AI ad tools ask you to describe a product and hand back a generic creator opening with "Hey beauties, today I want to talk about…" — and it converts at 0.4%. I'm convinced what makes a UGC ad work isn't face realism or camera polish; it's the script and the mechanics underneath. So instead of generating from a blank prompt, this analyzes a proven winner (the kind you'll find quietly running for months in the Meta Ad Library) and rebuilds those mechanics with your product — a real replacement, not a knockoff. The first version used a five-step frame-extraction pipeline; I threw it out and fed the raw video straight to a multimodal model, which turned out faster, cheaper, and better.
